Most orders will ship within 3 days of your request. We ship Priority Mail via USPS using Flat Rate padded envelopes and boxes. Rates are as follows:

$201-$500 – $14.35
$501-$800 – $19.95
$801+ you will be contacted with the freight rate prior to shipping.

In addition, we will contact you if the item(s) you ordered are unavailable. You can then either: select another item, backorder the item or remove that item from your order.

According to USPS your package will be delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your zip code and location. When we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a USPS tracking number.

For shipments outside of the United States, please contact to make the necessary arrangements. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Peri Allen Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is tantamount to our success. If an error has occurred with your order, or if any product is damaged or defective, it will be replaced and remedied free of charge. Returns must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. To make a return, please email to obtain a return authorization number. Please be certain to mark the number clearly on the outside of the package and include the packing slip and any damaged original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Consider insuring your return to protect against lost or misdirected items.


Payment can be made via credit card, check or PayPal. The credit cards we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Customers can apply for Net 30 terms if they have been in business by the current owner for a minimum of one year and have completed at least three prior orders paid via credit card or check. Please provide Peri Allen Design with company financial information of three up to date credit references including their valid fax numbers. Once the information is collected and verified, you will be approved for credit and Net 30 terms from date of invoice. No discount is offered for early payment. Net 30 accounts will be charged a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments and a $30 charge for returned checks. Terms are not available on international orders (orders outside of the 50 US states).
